Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an unforeseen situation. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. Prepaid Packages: Sessions missed or canceled late as part of a package will be deducted from the total package balance. Cancellations can be made via phone, email, or through our online booking system. Refunds are not issued for late cancellations or no-shows.
